Claremont Cup welcomes over 300 families to Prep School

Claremont Prep School hosts its inaugural Claremont Cup, welcoming young footballers and families for a celebration of grassroots football.

26-10-2026

Young footballers from across the region came together for the inaugural Claremont Cup, hosted at Claremont Prep School in partnership with West Kent SFA.

The event welcomed more than 300 families, with U10 and U11 teams competing across 11 pitches in a celebration of grassroots football.

Claremont's extensive grounds provided the setting for a busy day of competition, with young players demonstrating teamwork, determination and sporting spirit throughout the tournament.

Sixth Form Football Academy scholars also played an important role, taking on refereeing duties and gaining valuable experience in leadership, communication and decision-making.

Congratulations to all participating teams, particularly the tournament winners, and thank you to West Kent SFA and everyone involved in making the inaugural event a success.

We look forward to welcoming teams and families back for future tournaments.
