We hold Open Mornings at regular intervals during the academic year. These provide an opportunity for prospective parents to visit the School, meet the staff and pupils, and view the facilities and grounds. Senior staff members are always available at these events to discuss your child’s education.
Our Open Mornings are held on Friday and Saturday mornings. Friday Open Mornings enable parents to see pupils at work during a normal school day, whilst the Saturday provides an opportunity for working parents to visit the School at the weekend. Each event starts at 9.30am and ends at 1.00pm during which time the Headteachers give a short, informal welcome speech with lots of information and advice as to how parents can get the best out of their visit to Claremont.
If you are unable to attend one of our Open Mornings, or simply can’t wait for the next one, we conduct private tours of the School throughout the year. These can be arranged at a time to suit you but in line with current government guidelines relating to social distancing. We would also invite all children wishing to join Claremont (from Year 1 upwards) to spend a ‘taster day’ with their contemporaries once our School has reopened. This allows them to experience life at Claremont for themselves alongside pupils of their own age. Taster Days also enable teachers and new pupils to spend some time getting to know each other prior to admission. For more information contact the Admissions Team
