Since its foundation in 2011, Claremont Senior School has grown exponentially and offers an excellent and diverse educational programme. The school was judged by Ofsted as ‘Outstanding’ in all areas in March 2019. The developing nature of the school means that ample opportunities for leadership and new initiatives exist. We welcome talented subject teachers, whose skills also extend beyond the classroom and enable them to contribute to the school’s extensive co-curricular programme.
We are now seeking to appoint a creative, passionate and talented Teacher of Maths from September 2020. The successful candidate will work as part of a small team, with the ability to teach both GCSE and A-Level Maths. An ability to teach other subjects would be desirable but not essential. He/she must ensure high standards of teaching, learning and assessment are delivered, resources are used effectively and the curriculum is managed and developed in accordance with school policy.
