An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced School Administrator to join this Ofsted Outstanding Prep School. The postholder will be required to provide a comprehensive administration and support service to pupils, parents and colleagues as well as dealing with general enquiries in person, by email and by telephone.

The role will be varied and the successful candidate will enjoy dealing with a range of different challenges. Ideally they will have previous experience within a school office environment together with excellent interpersonal skills, strong written and verbal communication skills and a keen eye for detail.

Time management skills, flexibility and an ability to work under pressure are also essential for this role. IT skills are required to be at a high level and the successful candidate will be a confident user of the main Microsoft Office programs.
